Preferred method of payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express. If ordering from outside the UK you may pay with a credit card. Your card issuing company will convert the £ pounds sterling into your base currency at the current exchange rate. Details of the transaction will appear on your card statement.
William Turner takes credit card security extremely seriously. We utilise industry leading software and encryption in order to ensure that the payment details submitted to us are not seen by unauthorised personnel. At no time will your credit card details be transmitted by us in an unsafe manner. We use a Thawte secure server certificate in order to build trust.
All silver plate and stainless steel cutlery usually takes 4 to 6 weeks from receipt of order and the anticipated delivery date to the customer will be advised in the letter of order acknowledgement, which is automatically sent to every customer on receipt of their order. If a customer has a more urgent requirement they can contact our sales office on 0114 275 7487 and we will do our utmost to oblige if at all possible.
All orders for hallmarked sterling silver take a minimum of 8 to 10 weeks from receipt of order and the anticipated delivery date to the customer will be advised in the letter of order acknowledgement which is automatically sent to every customer on receipt of their order. We do not hold any stocks of hallmarked sterling silver but would do our absolute utmost to accommodate the customers’ requirements.
Once you have placed your order relax. Our efficient Mail Order Team will place your order in a queue and it will be processed as soon as possible.
You may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. To cancel, please write/fax/e-mail us within 7 days of placing your order. Cancellations may not be made by telephone. We do have the right to deduct the postage charge from your refund.
If you need to return any products, please do so within 14 calendar days of receipt and we will either replace the product or refund your payment. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition. Products will not be refunded without the original receipt of proof of purchase. You will pay the return postage on the unsuitable product and postage & packaging if any replacement products are sent. This does not affect your statutory rights.
