If, when you receive your purchase, you are not entirely satisfied return it to us unused within 14 days and you will receive a full refund.

Please Note

Cutlery items of the Ashbourne collection are broader, longer and heavier and incur a 10% surcharge on all pieces.

If the purchase is a gift, please state on the order form the name of the recipient in order that we may make out a personalised guarantee.
