Delivery Information
All silver plate and stainless steel cutlery usually takes three to four weeks from receipt of order and the anticipated delivery date to the customer will be advised in the letter of order acknowledgement which is automatically sent to every customer on receipt of their order. If a customer has a more urgent requirement they can contact our Sales Office on 0114 275 7487 and we will do our utmost to oblige if at all possible.
All orders for hallmarked sterling silver take a minimum of 8 to 10 weeks from receipt of order and the anticipated delivery date to the customer will be advised in the letter of order acknowledgement which is automatically sent to every customer on receipt of their order. We do not hold any stocks of hallmarked sterling silver but would do our absolute utmost to accommodate the customers' requirements.
